Hourly Compensation Range: $25 - $30 per hour with incentive bonuses

Position Summary:

Must have self-motivation and effective time management, ability to operate independently but also partner with others when needed, be able to work in a changing environment, have a desire to learn new things, and demonstrate customer service traits with individuals both inside and outside the company.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide initial customer service to walk-in customers and social media sales leads.
• Work with customers via email, phone, and in person.
• Identify and resolve customer issues.
• Prepare estimates and establish follow-up procedures.
• Maintain customer data on Epicor business software and customer marketing database.
• Perform relationship management with website and system maintenance providers.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Epicor experience is a plus.
• Knowledge in Lumber/Construction business is a plus but willing to train.

• Microsoft Office Products: Strong in Excel and experience with MS Access. Solid working experience with Word, PowerPoint

Schedule:

• On-site 40 hours per week during regular work hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
